During National Volunteers’ Week we are taking the opportunity to say a big ‘thank you’ to all of our fantastic volunteers for their hard work, passion and expertise. We wouldn’t be able to offer all of the amazing activities and special events that we do without their help.

We’re delighted to say that our spectacular new First Light Pavilion and permanent exhibition gallery, which opened in June 2022, has continued to win awards since its launch.

This spring, we are working with our volunteer team and our partners at the Cheshire Wildlife Trust to make our dome even ‘greener’ by increasing the biodiversity of the species that inhabit the roof.
