Top tips for our new ticketing system

Posted 13 Mar, 2026

In January 2026, Jodrell Bank launched a brand-new online booking system designed to make launching your visit easier than ever.

Whether you want to access a valid Annual Ticket from our old system, change an existing booking, or add a Space Dome Show to your visit, these quick FAQs will help you get mission-ready!

FAQs

You can access your account through our booking page (here).

Simply visit tickets.jodrellbank.net and click the person icon in the top-right corner (next to Home and Cart).

From there you can:

  • Select ‘Login here’ and enter the details you used when booking, or
  • Create a new account if you haven’t booked with us before

If you have an in-date Annual Ticket purchased before 20 January 2026, you’ll need to create an account in the new system to access your existing ticket and book your free return visits. Full instructions can be found here.

Yes, you can amend the date and time of your general admission tickets and Space Dome Shows through your account.

Please note that special events (such as Lovell Lectures, Astronights, or film screenings) cannot be changed once booked.

Yes, after logging into your account, select ‘Update email’ and follow the instructions.

You can also use your account to:

  • Update your address
  • Change your password
  • View all your orders
  • Access your Annual Tickets

Space Dome Shows are an add-on to a general admission ticket.

To book one:

  1. Add the general admission tickets you need to your cart
  2. Click ‘Checkout’
  3. You’ll then see the option to add a Space Dome Show to your visit

You can find out more about the shows currently playing here.

The Events calendar tab only shows special events, not general admission or Space Dome Shows.

To book a regular visit:

  1. Go to the Tickets tab
  2. Add the general admission tickets you need to your cart
  3. A calendar with available entry dates will appear for you to choose from

If you need any further help, including if an Annual Ticket is missing from your account, please get in touch!

Our friendly team will be happy to help. We can’t wait to welcome you to our slice of the Solar System soon.
