Enjoy a little green space amidst outer space with a dog walk at Jodrell Bank!

On Sunday 22 March, we’re opening our doors to four-legged friends for a special dog-friendly day out. Bring your pup along for a scenic stroll through our beautiful Cheshire countryside grounds and enjoy the fresh air together.

Supervised dogs on leads are welcome to enjoy our arboretum, grounds, and outdoor café seating areas, offering a chance to connect with nature against the backdrop of the historic Lovell Telescope.

Simply book general admission (or a returning visitor ticket if you’re an Annual Ticket holder) and bring your roving Rover along for the adventure!

Need-to-knows

• Dogs must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times.
• Dogs will not be permitted inside the First Light, Planet, Star, or Space Pavilions.
• Please ensure you pick up after your dogs and dispose of any waste.

Terms and conditions

Owners retain full responsibility and liability for keeping their dog under control at all times; ensuring the dog remains on a short lead; immediate removal and appropriate disposal of waste; any injury, loss, or damage caused by their dog; ensuring their dog is healthy, appropriately vaccinated, and suitable for a public environment.

Please note this day is not a guided walk with a set route or distance, but a chance to bring your dog and enjoy exploring Jodrell’s grounds at your own pace.
