Step into a world of wonder beneath the stars at Jodrell Bank with special screenings of Wallace & Gromit: A Grand Day Out in the immersive Space Dome – a truly unforgettable experience for the whole family!

In partnership with Carrot Productions – the world’s leading performers of The Snowman TM with orchestra and creators of 2026’s Aardman in Concert – enjoy a magical celebration of our lunar neighbour, packed with film, live music and hands-on creativity.

The iconic soundtrack will be performed live by professional musicians, bringing Nick Park’s much-loved classic thrillingly to life. Wallace and Gromit set off on an extraordinary adventure when their search for cheese leads them all the way to the Moon. After a few mishaps with their homemade rocket, they land just in time for lunch – but a mysterious mechanical inhabitant is not quite as welcoming as they expect…

There will be a dedicated SEN performance on Sunday 25th at 1030-11.15, so please select this time and date if you prefer this.

MAKE YOUR OWN MOON! Families can also choose to take part in an optional Moon-themed creative workshop for just £6pp, with clay stations where children and adults alike can make their own plasticine moon!

Plus, after each performance you’ll have the chance to meet the musicians and have your photograph taken with Wallace & Gromit in the stunning surroundings of Jodrell Bank.
