Girls Night Out!
Friday 8th March, 7pm – 10pm

Our ever-popular Girls Night Out event returns in March 2019 with a special focus on Mars! You’ll get to meet Dr Natasha Stephen from the University of Plymouth, whose research focuses on linking information from Martian meteorites with data from space missions.

You’ll also get the chance to learn more about the planets of our Solar System with a Jodrell Bank expert in our inflatable Planetarium.

And, as ever, stick around and chat to early career researchers, find out more about Women in Science, and enjoy our famous chocolate brownies!

This event is aimed at adults and children aged 12+

Tickets: £13.50/£12.50 (10% discount for Annual Pass holders)

This event is part of Destination Space!

About Girls Night Out

Girls Night Out is our twice-yearly event celebrating women and girls in STEM. It takes place every autumn and spring and the evening has a different theme each time.

We established Girls Night Out as we were keen to support women and girls who study or work in STEM, or who are interested in pursuing a career in a STEM subject. We hope that these events provide a fun and friendly environment in which to share experiences with like-minded people, and that they inspire more women and girls to pursue their interests.
